In this Thursday’s episode (12) of “MasterChef Brasil Confeitaria 2024”, sweets became synonymous with tension. The contest began with a mystery box revealing an ingredient beloved by Brazilians: coffee. The challenge was to create a dessert that was not only delicious, but surprising, with an unexpected element capable of eliciting a resounding “wow” from the judges.
Under the watchful eye of Eric Jacquin – who recently revealed her favorite candy -, Elena Rizzo – who admitted to using marijuana daily – Henrique Fogaça, Diego Lozano AND the special guest Luca Limathe pastry chefs put on a show of creativity. The contestants had to face one of the biggest technical challenges in the confectionery industry: preparing a box with four different chocolates, each with different fillings, shapes and finishes.
