The so-called “CLT bloggers” are ordinary people who have decided to create content for social networks showing the difficulties of their routine, especially in the daily life of those who have a formal contract.
Some stand out in the niche, like Rio Pedro Bonvivantwhich has 600,000 followers and 11 million likes on TikTok alone. The native of Sao Paulo Miwa it’s another case successful. On the same platform, the internationalist shows his work routine to more than 720 thousand people.
“I feel like I will be overwhelmed with so many things to do”
With the boom of these creators and the growing interest of users in consuming “down to earth” influencers, young people Thaina Freire decided to invest in this venture. “I always watched these videos and wondered: How do I have a CLT routine and create content at the same time?” he asks.
Even early in the morning, Thainá leaves the house with her lunchbox to go to work in a shop in Presidente Prudente’s city, in São Paulo, where she has lived for six months.
Getting to and from the Sao Paulo native has to brave crowded buses, and when she gets home, she still has to make sure everything is in order. The young woman only realized how tiring her 24 hours in conversation with the Earth.
“I work 6×1 shifts, 9am to 10pm. I have to take a bus, a crowded bus, be a housewife, be a wife, have a social life, record content, connect with a brand, try to make advertising, negotiating value… Look, when I stop to list, like I’m doing now, I feel like I’m swallowed up by so much to do,” says Thainá Freire.
At 29, the Sao Paulo native says she has been working since she was 14, when she joined youth apprenticeship programs. Since then, her CV has included several roles: assistant at a McDonald’s unit, administrative assistant at a hospital and retail clerk.
Sooner or later she got distracted by watching makeup tutorials on social media, without ever thinking about producing content.
It was only when she found work in a dermatology clinic on Avenida Angélica, in São Paulo, that she entered the “world of bloggers”. There, there was a bustle of people getting fillers, Botox, facial matching and other procedures loved by Internet personalities.
During a workshop to test a new machine at the clinic, Thainá had her face ‘studied’ and was shocked by the diagnosis: the appearance of her skin looked like that of a person much older than her. It was then that he decided to take care of himself and pass on the advice for skin care on social media.

“I recorded a video without any editing and posted it Stories and sent it to my friends. They really liked it, they saved it, they bought the products I recommended… Then I thought: ‘If I publish it’ foragemaybe I can help other people too.’ And that’s what I did! Since then, in addition to my work routine, I have been posting advice on the Internet,” he says.
“I became a CLT blogger because I didn’t feel represented”
By entering Thainá’s TikTok profile, the user can immediately read: “Virtual diary of a CLT blogger”. This is how he chose to present his contents on the social network. The young woman still gives advice on makeup and skin care, but really invests in the niche of “internet workers”.
The decision to enter the industry wasn’t just due to boom of CLT bloggers or the almost spontaneous success of niche creators. In fact, he wanted to serve as an inspiration.
“I saw the contents of some CLT bloggers but I didn’t feel represented by them, especially because many of them belonged to the middle class. I wanted to see myself there, to see a video of a girl who came from the same place as me, who has the same things as me difficulties, I’m not just talking about financial difficulties, but about “no” that only we face”, he maintains.
As a CLT blogger, Thainá doesn’t need to sit in front of the camera to record a makeup tutorial or her beauty routine. skin care. Simply film everything that happens during your workday and take some time for editing and posting, which is enough in a hectic routine like his.
“The idea is to show that whether you are a CLT or not, whether you have a busy routine or not, that you can, in fact, create your own content and dream of one day being recognized,” he says.
She says that, at work, her colleagues follow her content and even some clients approach her on the topic. The interaction with his boss, however, prefers to keep it exclusively in the professional sphere. “As much as my content says I’m a CLT, I don’t want to tie it to the company I work for because I might change tomorrow,” he reflects.
@thainaafreire Is this where you asked for routine videos? Haha As promised, I brought a day from my routine as a blogger and CLT, in my free time I am also an entrepreneur, but I will show you in the next video. 😋😋 Did you like this format? Although he makes some videos in uniform, Thainá says he prefers not to mention or highlight the name of the store where he works, precisely to avoid exposing the company.
“I only show up while I’m getting ready for work or putting on makeup in my blouse, but I’m still thinking about not wearing it in future videos. What if one day I show up wearing a shirt from another place and someone comments, ‘I changed jobs , what happened?’, I don’t want to talk,” he explains.
Even if he prefers to separate the professional side from the “CLT blog” – ironic as it may seem – he is betting on the growth of the niche on the platforms, especially on TikTok.
“These famous influencers, of some you see 10 posts of the person and 9 are advertisements. Users want to see beyond. How does this person lead his life? What is his reality like? What does he have to teach?”, he asks.
In the future, the influencer plans to reach even more users and seeks monetization on TikTok. However, for now, Thainá has not yet thought about leaving CLT to pursue a career on the Internet.
What is the limit of content creation in the workplace?
Just like Thainá Freire, other content creators have also started to focus on the career of “CLT blogger”. But how can you not let social media interfere with work, given that the internet also becomes a source of income?
According to the HR specialist Daniele Malafrontecompanies are already aware of overexposure on social media. “There is concern especially about security and disclosure of information about where valuable products are stored, possible entry points, location of security cameras and even confidential data,” he says.
Even with the active warning it is not prohibited to record routine work contents, as long as they are agreed with the company.
“As long as it is not a ban signed in a contract, there is no problem in exposing the daily routine on the networks,” considers Daniele.
After all, companies also stand to gain from the contents of “CLT bloggers”. This is because, according to the HR specialist, videos can give companies visibility and create a connection with external audiences. The secret, according to Daniele, lies in the distribution of time dedicated to the two ’causes’: the internet and CLT work.
“The Internet is a volatile world, a little different from a career in the corporate market, which tends to be more stable. So, you need to consider where to focus your efforts. To deal with this, the way is to maintain good communication with leadership and seek always the alignment between the two activities, so that both are strengthened in parallel and at their points of intersection”, he advises.
