Early in the morning, Elliot gets the idea to relax his boyfriend, who seems very stressed from the day before. While she wants to share an intimate moment with Greg, she receives several messages. If he initially refuses to look at them, Elliot pushes him, knowing full well that they are from Marius. Moreover, he is right because the clerk asks his friend to join him as soon as possible because there is an emergency.

The threat continues! This time, Marius found a big red stain like blood in his bed. If it’s just red-colored food, there’s no doubt that someone is trying to intimidate them. To the clerk, these last elements clearly indicate that they killed Albany. However, Greg thinks this is a set-up by the Tool to get revenge on Noemi. But Marius is still panicked by the news and plans to go to the police if Albany doesn’t show up during the day.

At the same time, Chef Teissier is very optimistic after his classification in the first event. He considers his second place a failure and wants to do everything to prevent this disaster from happening again. Although Salome and Enzo have been in the kitchen since seven in the morning, Emanuele decides to disrupt their program by revisiting the most difficult technique, even if it takes them working all night. The students decide not to let it go and point out that they won’t be productive with so much preparation. Then, Salome receives a message from Swan inviting her to the beach. An invitation he can’t refuse. So they manage to have an afternoon off.

A little later, Salome and Swan share a moment together on the beach. The young woman takes the opportunity to get to know him, as they haven’t really had the opportunity to do so before. He says he was introduced to cooking by his stepfather, who owned a restaurant in Osaka, Japan. Moreover, he lived there since he was three years old, then a few years ago he decided to go to France to study at Chef Cardone’s school. During the discussion, the tension is palpable between the two chefs. Very attracted to Salome, Swann tells her that he really wants to kiss her. The young woman cannot resist and finally they kiss passionately.

On the other hand, Greg and Marius do not follow Chef Matretti’s instructions correctly and miss filling the tubes of gelatin. Noemi then tries to find out what has been bothering them for several days now. Before Marius is about to tell the truth, Greg tries to stop him, but to no avail.

After telling her everything, Noem agrees with Greg: someone is trying to scare them. In addition, it is likely that Alban decided to take revenge. So the boss decides to take matters into his own hands and leaves a message on the steward’s answering machine.

During this time, Teissier confronts Salome and Swann, who return to the hotel. He asked his clerk not to communicate with Deputy Chief Cardone, but he did not listen to him. That’s why he gives her an ultimatum: either he ends his affair with her, or he packs his bags and leaves the championship.

At the end of the day, Noemi tries to learn more about Albany. Teissier tells him that he was always breaking other people’s work, even though he was already eliminated from the competition. Moreover, he could never digest failure. Convinced that the steward is behind all these threats, the boss sends him a message. Solal tells Tony and Gatan the sad news: he’s leaving Table des Rivières. The entrance exam at the Auguste Armand Institute is approaching soon, and this year he plans to join the famous gastronomic school. To give himself a chance, he decided to take part in Listrac’s chef training. Tony then realizes that he is losing his job.

At the institute, Solal and Axel attend the presentation of the Listrak chef’s summer internship. He is accompanied by Jasmine, who will help him during his training. Very quickly, the former chef of Table des Rivière realizes that the courses will focus only on vegan cooking. Olivia and the student reassure him that all the techniques he will learn will also be useful for cooking meat.

Meanwhile, Tony is still in shock after Solal’s announcement. Within days, Laetitia decided to distance herself from them and now she is losing her job. So Gaitan tries to cheer her up. Moreover, he has an idea that could change everything for them: to take over Table des Rivières and turn it into a trendy coffee shop. Although they have no culinary training, the sports teacher thinks he has found a solution.

A little later, Gaitan and Tony meet Olivia at the Institute and explain that they want to join her internship to start their project. If the chef is skeptical at first, he agrees to do a test on Monday to see if they are up to the expected level.

After winning the prestigious Vatel prize, Theo visits food journalist Suzanne Coste this afternoon. His brigade is very happy for him because he is famous for writing portraits of great leaders. As the students are wondering how their work is going, the boss assures them that he will only be there to observe them. Meanwhile, Deva, Tom, and Ambre worry about Theo as he is still reeling from his breakup with Celia. The latter confirms that his personal life will not affect the quality of his work.

During the service, the journalist observes how Theo manages the brigade with a skillful hand. Susan Cost seems impressed by the restaurant’s management and their team spirit.

A little later, the journalist asks Theo some questions. If he agrees to answer for Vattel’s prize and oversee the Auguste Armand restaurant, the chef turns against him as soon as he tries to get information about his family or love life.

Suzanne Cost then meets Charlene and Louis drinking coffee on the terrace. The journalist regrets that he does not have much material for the article, because Theo did not answer all his questions. He tells them that he did not want to talk about his family and personal life. So Louis doesn’t hesitate to manipulate the truth and balance that Theo has left his girlfriend to win the Vattel prize.
