Friday 22 July Tomorrow belongs to us…
When Samuel is engulfed in flames in the stable, Victoire rushes to get help. Thanks to Lavitsi, Paul finally manages to open the door. Samuel, who is unconscious, was rushed to the hospital.
The next morning the doctor is out of danger and should be out for the day. In turn, Victoire tells him that Paul managed to control the fire, but unfortunately, he doesn’t know more.
Meanwhile, Georges and Damien are sent to the farm to investigate. At the scene, Damien noticed traces of a chemical accelerant in one of the boxes, so the fire was intentional. Someone must have been waiting for Paul to leave the stables to set fire and kill Samuel in an attempt to kill him. Luckily Paul and Victoire were there or Samuel would be dead by now.
Later, Paul goes to the police station to sign a statement and wonders if Shadow, the racehorse, was the target of the flamethrower. Indeed, competition is fierce and mares are highly coveted in the equestrian world.
After some research, Georges discovers that Shadow’s main rival is a mare named Herlinda. And strangely enough, the latter partially belonged to Victor Brune for only three weeks. Therefore, Timothy’s father could have wanted to kill Shadow to see his marquee win and thus make his investment profitable. However, the police have nothing concrete to confirm this. Despite everything, Martin is formal: if Victor is responsible for the fire, he cannot escape them! So he wants to take the time to gather the necessary evidence before summoning him.
In turn, Samuel tells Reno and Marian that the police are in favor of a criminal trail. Although he doesn’t know if it’s related, Dr. Chardot keeps thinking about Solange’s last words about Diane. When trying to figure out if she sensed danger before disappearing on the farm, Reno, who is on edge, confirms that Diane left Seth ten years earlier. So he tries to convince his son that he is on the wrong path before hastily leaving the building.
Not far away, Paul whispers into the shadow’s ear:We are similar. We are separate. We feel things. You know you can trust me. I will always protect you”.
Later, Victoire and Samuel return to the stud farm, and the young woman thinks that Diane may be seeking revenge for not inheriting the farm. Samuel, on the other hand, does not believe it at all.
Later, Samuel looks for Diane in his aunt’s office and comes across family photos, one of which catches his eye. What’s more, even the cliché seems to particularly annoy him, as he immediately declares, “P***** bastard.”
At breakfast, the Downey family receives news from Sofia. If William and Aurora are in heaven, Manon remains silent as she worries about Nordin.
On the other hand, Nordin is not in top form either and tells Roxanne that Manon kissed her a few days ago. Since she doesn’t know what to do, her friend advises her to talk to him quickly, especially since they will meet again in the future. He encourages her to make the first move.
At the same time, Manon confides in Elsa and Timote about what happened with Nordin. She regrets that she was able to believe that the policeman might be interested in her when she is already dating someone. However, according to Elsa, she doesn’t need to blame herself for kissing him, because it’s better to be sorry than sorry. However, Manon is ashamed of herself, which is a shame knowing that she really loves Nordin. Charlie, who has overheard their conversation, instead asks Danie’s girl to turn the page and then move on.
Later, Manon and Nordin are at the spoon. Uncomfortable, he admits that this kiss did him some good. Even if he finds it touching, Nordin reminds him that he’s with Sophie, then specifies that he’s fine with her. And let’s add that she values him very much as a friend. Despite everything, he hopes they remain on good terms and plans to continue helping with the revision. Unfortunately, an upset Manon begs him to stop talking to her like a ten-year-old girl and angrily leaves the place.
Annoyed, she confides in Charlie. When Valentin, her waiter, keeps looking at her, the Molina girl encourages him to have fun, but Manon only has Nordin in mind.
Dorian and Etienne return from their escape from the sea, although Benedict is happy to be reunited with his men, he still seems particularly sad. While her husband tries to figure out what’s wrong, Benedict makes him believe that she’s just tired. So Etienne hopes to be able to take a few days off so they can all go to sea together. Benedict then promises to visit with the hospital if he gets some time off.
Later, Aurora and Benedict are at the spoon. The latter still cannot believe that Robin ransacked his own brother’s farm. Regretting that she fell into a trap, Benedicte cannot talk to her husband. To make sure of this, Aurora points out that the judge is going to go through Robin’s life down to the smallest detail in order to form an opinion about his personality. After he is forced to testify, he must muster the courage to confess his betrayal to her.
Returning home, Benedict takes it upon himself and confesses everything to his husband. She immediately apologizes, but Etienne, angry, decides to spend the night on his boat. When she questions him to see if he is leaving her, Étienne replies that he doesn’t know and that he needs time to think.
