According to the report, released on Friday, two spots are unsuitable for bathing

THE Municipal Department of Water and Sewerage (DMAE) published the fourth seaside report of the 2024/2025 season on Friday 27th. The document revealed it four points of Lake Guaíba are still suitable for swimmingthree in the Lami neighborhood and one in Belém Novo (Place 2).

The analysis considered the collections made between November 27th and December 26thfollowing the criteria established by resolution no. 274/2000 of the National Environmental Council (Conama).

Belém Novo (Article 2): Leblon Beach, Avenida Beira Rio, in front of Rua Antônio da Silva Só.

Lami:

• Station 1: access from Rua Luiz Vieira Bernardes, near the second lifeguard booth.
• Station 2: Access from Rua Luiz Vieira Bernardes, in front of the first lifeguard booth.
• Place 3: Avenida Beira Rio, in front of nº 510.

Inappropriate

New Belém:

• Station 1: Praça José Comunal, in front of the bus company garage.
• Place 3: Praça do Veludo, Avenida Pinheiro Machado, in front of the square.
