As Nielsen reported, Moana was watched via streaming services for 44.8 billion minutes and was the most watched film in 2023 and over the past five years. Second place was Charm (37.1 billion) and Frozen 2 (30.7 billion) came in third.
Moana is one of the most recent successes of Disney and was continued in 2024, in addition to the confirmation of a version in live-action.
