Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Wednesday January 1, 2024 [SPOILERS]

Margot returned to Montpellier

Florent suddenly arrives at Cecil’s office. The judge takes this moment to tell her that she feels lonely after her clerk and friend, Chloe, left. The lawyer takes advantage of the situation and offers Cecile to go out drinking tonight or tomorrow, but the young woman refuses.

A few hours later, as he prepares to leave the office, Cecil realizes: it’s Margot. The latter is back in Montpellier and is excited to see his sister again. Cecil immediately takes her to her new apartment.

After looking around the rooms, the two sisters sit on the couch. Cecile confides in Margot that this is an opportunity to turn the page after Christophe’s death. However, he fears that this new beginning will be difficult for his son, Achille. Margot promises to take care of them.

Hugo confronts his lodger

At the Gustave Flaubert high school, Eva asks Sabina if she asked Florent to leave the house. Sabine answers that the latter has not yet accepted to leave. He excuses her, which annoys Eve. The latter puts pressure on him: “You have to be as firm as you are with your students.”

Florent, in turn, finds Hugo to reconcile with his lodger, Rignac. The latter seems hostile, so Hugo apologizes to him for having an affair with his wife: “I sincerely regret, I am ashamed of what I did.”

Later, Hugo informs Sabine that Mr. Rignac has finally signed the settlement and that Florent will be her new roommate. Sabine immediately smiles again. Unfortunately, this departure will not happen immediately, as the former tenant is leaving the apartment in just one month. Sabine is disappointed…

Elena threatens Alix

On the other hand, Maeva’s mother is very worried about her daughter and says: “Your claim against this woman, your abortion, that’s too much in one week.” She asks him to take care of her and Maeva promises.

At the police station, Ellis receives a call from the director of Montpellier Hospital. She informs him that three days before Maeva came to the hospital, there was indeed an intrusion into the computer system. Tom’s girlfriend’s medical file has been completely copied, and she’s not the only one.

Elisha and Clement call Michelle, the prosecutor, to update her on the investigation. Elise takes the opportunity to request a search warrant from the prosecutor, but the latter refuses because there is not enough evidence in the case. Ellis is upset that he made such a decision.

Thais is also disappointed with this decision. He asks Ellis if there is an opportunity to continue the investigation, but his colleague replies: “There’s a procedure we have to follow whether we like it or not.” Tays then calls Tom and Maeve to tell them the bad news.

Later, Tom and Maeve call journalist Mark to inform him that they want to call the press to denounce the practices of this anti-abortion association. The latter replies that he does not know whether he has enough material to write an article.

In addition, he warns them: “Members of the association may recognize you and harass you on social networks, and that’s not all. Tom and Maeve reply that they are ready to take this huge risk.

In turn, Helen tries to contact Alix, but she gets an answering machine. So it goes straight to the gallery. Alix tells her that she is the one who made Tom and Maeve file the complaint against her. The tension between the two women grows.

During the discussion, Elena starts to threaten Alix according to her : “My advice is to stay away from you. If you get in my way, you’ll regret it.”
