Gerard Butler Says he appreciates the buddy-movie aspect of Pantera: “I love the first film, I’m very proud of the result. But with this sequel, we don’t take off the gloves anymore. Now we know who is who, it opens up all the possibilities. It’s set in Europe. And I find that Panther is a bit of a friendship film, we’re in the same camp and we know each other.

I think everything is over the top, the action, the stunts, the scale. This movie is much more fun. It’s still intense, dangerous, and above all a heist movie, but it’s also a lot of fun. That’s why people come out of the movie thinking, “Oh my God, I didn’t know it was going to be this funny.”

Oshie Jackson Jr. adds: “In the first movie, we often get separated because of our different teams. But in this one, we were able to develop our chemistry together.
