We also strengthen the existence of a support network available to help in these cases,” explains Prati-Donaduzzi’s head of social responsibility, Maria Rita Pozzebon.

“We indicate places where employees can seek help, explain the mechanisms available and offer support so that they understand the importance of having a hobby or channels to relieve the stress and anxiety that are so present in everyday life,” he adds.

The industry also promotes conferences, conversations and workshops with its employees to demystify and clarify doubts about mental health. Additionally, she provides mentorship to management teams, with the goal of creating operational teams that offer greater mental health-related support.

“We also have a personalized service, where we listen directly to employees in the area of ​​social responsibility. If they or their family members face mental health problems, we offer support and guidance to seek help from support organizations, including the health plan provided by the pharmacist,” emphasizes Maria Rita.
