Bradesco setup. Ana Rodela has been promoted to chief investment officer (CIO) in place of Philipe Biolchini, who will take on the role of Bradesco’s director of treasury operations.

Yduq. Joice Portella takes over as director of careers, strategic partnerships and ESG.

IBM. Ana Paula Assis now responds as senior vice president and leader of the EMEA and emerging markets region.

Getnet. Simone Damaceno has been promoted to vice president of operations.

PicPay. Camilla Chiarentin (formerly Julius Baer) arrives as head of investments.

Dasha. Rafael Lucchesi becomes president of the diagnostics unit.

CSU digital. Announces Marco Bordon as executive director of customer relations, succeeding Anacristina Lugli.

Human. Felipe D’Arco (ex Addi) is the country manager.

Neogrid. Leandro Murt (formerly Ambev) becomes head of the commercial intelligence unit.

Gideon Richter. To coordinate marketing in Brazil he called Anamaria Macedo Becker (formerly Pfizer).

Allianz Seguros. Fábio Ohara Morita (formerly Porto) takes over as executive director of Automobile, Mass Products and Life, replacing David Beatham.

Ticket. Lucas Roque (formerly SumUp) takes over as strategic director.

Wow. Hired directors Andrea Huggard-Caine, health and benefits, and Fernando Kolling, client management executive.

WEPlasma. The startup has appointed Wagner Lapa Pinheiro (ex-Tecsis) as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

PsychoAI. Fernando Morad (ex-SulAmérica) is the COO.

Madero Group. Claudio Matrajt (formerly Junto Seguros) is head of human resources.

Warner Chappell Music. Pedro Cantarino (ex Sony) is responsible for Artists and Repertoire (A&R).

HexaIT. The health unit is headed by Andréa Rangel (formerly CTC).

IBRI. The Brazilian Institute for Investor Relations has elected Luiz Roberto Cardoso as executive president.
