Emergency hospitalization

Luan Santana was rushed to the hospital this Thursday (1/23) after experiencing an inflamed appendix. The condition involves inflammation of a tubular projection located at the junction between the large intestine and small intestine. According to information disseminated by Leo Dias in the SBT program “Fofocalizando”, the artist would have needed emergency treatment and would be under medical evaluation.

The singer’s advisory team has not yet released an official statement on Luan’s health situation.

History of health problems

In June last year, Luan Santana had to cancel a show due to sudden illness. At the time, the singer revealed, in an interview with “Fofocalizando”, that he had experienced atypical symptoms before the show. “100% health, just a little scary about the virus these days, but now, thank God, we are on the right track. Thank God, I’m very well. [Senti] a very strange thing and the funny thing is that it happened after I arrived,” he reported.
