Jasmine can’t stand seeing Cleo
At the Guérauds, Cleo thanks Clotilde and Joachim for looking after her at night. He assures them that he will start looking for a job and an apartment again so they don’t have to be on the road again. But Clotilde offers her husband to keep the young girl for a while longer, while she recovers from everything that has happened.
At the institute, Leonard tells Malik that Quentin texted him to tell him he’s not mad at him and to ask him to take care of Maya. Leonard really wants to support his best friend, but he doesn’t think this is the right time. Malik, on the contrary, encourages him to renew the dialogue with him.
Meanwhile, Rose tells Jim and Jasmine that Clotilda and Joachim have decided to let Cleo stay with them. Jasmine is completely panicked. He meets his former childhood best friend and goes straight to confront him. Cleo apologizes for hurting her and promises to keep her distance. This is not enough to appease Jasmine.
Worried about him, Rose goes to Clotilda and Joachim to sue. However, the latter categorically refuses to take Cleo out, because she has no one to hope for.
In the salt marshes, Leonardo finds Maya and tries to reconcile with her. But the girl is still very angry with him. He admits that he no longer trusts her and does not want to talk to her anymore.
At home, Joachim and Clotilda meet Cleo, who announces that she is going to leave to relieve Jasmine of her stress. The Guérauds suggest that he stay home and tidy up to avoid meeting Jasmin at the institute. Cleo lets herself be convinced.
Gaspard questions Colin’s feelings for her
For his class, Chef Listrak asks the first years to prepare a seasonal vegetable curry with a thoughtful blend of spices. They should work in pairs and have a day of creating the dish.
Koline offers Gaspar to work together. The latter is thrilled to no longer have a scarf on his arm, but can’t wait for the police to arrest Quentin so he can feel at peace.
Coline and Gaspard go to Angel’s farm to pick up their produce and make a vegetable curry on site. Colain’s mother comes to see them and can’t help talking to Gaspar. He realizes that he knows a lot about her.
Back at the Institute, Gaspard confides in Alice that he has the impression that Coline is attracted to her, even though it’s not mutual. The pastry teacher advises her to be honest with him about this.
At the end of the day, Gaspard and Coline present their dish to Chef Listrac, who congratulates them and gives them a score of 17/20. When Koline invites her partner to spend the evening at home, the latter explains to her that she only considers him a friend. Coline clears up the misunderstanding by confirming that she has never felt attracted. He explains that he is just used to telling his mother everything in detail.
There is a competition between Billy and Tom
In the kitchen, Anais introduces Billy to her crew and takes care of the starters with Vic. He informs everyone in advance. Although Billy is very tense, he is visited by Tom, who comes to cheer him up and tell him he loves him.
For her part, she’s going to practice on Chef Valdini’s iconic recipes to have the best chance of making it to his masterclass, since there are only eight spots available. Bill wishes him luck.
During the service, Vicky confirms to Anais that communication is much more fluid. Billy takes the initiative to dress the novice knives, which is confirmed by Anais.
After work, Chef Valdini comes into the kitchen while Bill finishes cleaning up. He admits he had lunch at Double A and enjoyed eating the food as much as making the starter. Billy is very proud when he tells her that it was his idea.
Like Bill, who doesn’t want to be locked into the role of hotelier, Waldin admits that he doesn’t want to be locked into the role of gourmet chef because he also wants to pursue teaching. He also encourages Billy to sign up for his master class.
After which Bill finds Tom in the workshop to ask them to spend the evening together. But the young man prefers to postpone, because he prefers to work on Valdin’s recipes. When Bill tells her that he’s also going to sign up for a master class, her boyfriend replies that he doesn’t have a level. Bill states that he will sign up even if Tom is not taken…
