The Chinese will divide the function with Antoniozzi Italiano Italianozzi
Scuderia Ferrari announced Wednesday (5) Chinese Zhou Guau Guanyu as a reserve pilot for 2025, together with the Italian Antonio Giovinazzi.
Member of the Maranello team’s training program between 2015 and 2018, Zhou raced in Formula 1 between 2022 and 2024, always for the same team: Alfa Romeo, who later became Kick Sauber.
“It is a great honor to be one of the reserve knights who can help the team evolve,” said the Chinese on Instagram. “Where it all started. Thanks to Ferrari for believing in me,” he added.
In three seasons in F1, Zhou has scored points in just seven races and has the best eighth place: in the 2022 Canada GP and in the Qatar GP of 2024.
