If thriller intrigue is connected at a breakneck pace in Tomorrow Belongs to Us, love stories have also always been part of TF1’s daily soap opera recipe. And in the last few weeks, a rapprochement in particular has thrilled viewers: that of Manon and Nordin.
During her internship at the police station, Manon (Louvia Bachelier) wasted no time in befriending Martin Constant’s son. So much so that Nordin (Yusef Agal) offers to help revise the police entrance exam. And it was during their revision that Manon gradually fell under the spell of the young policeman. Still in a relationship with Sophie Novak (Karol Bianick).
While jogging on the beach, Auror and William’s daughter decided to jump into the water and kiss Nordin. The kind of statement that didn’t really have the desired effect after Nordin first ran away. Before finally explaining to Manon that he saw her as a friend and was fine with Sophie.
However, nothing helps: Manon has a crush on Nordin and she can’t get him out of her head. Tomorrow Belongs to Us In the upcoming episodes, she follows Charlie’s (Clemens LaSala) good advice and uses another guy to try and make Nordine jealous.
In New excerpt pre-released by TF1Manon is studying on the beach when the shack waiter Valentin (Thibaut Catelin) comes to bring her a cocktail. without ordering anything. “I will wait for people’s wishes”begins the young waiter, clearly determined to seduce his customer.
Manon doesn’t seem to care about Valentine’s pickup act. But he finally changes his attitude when he sees Nordin walking in his direction. And the hunk hired by Charlie claims he has “Other ideas in mind” Who might like her, Manon takes the opportunity to make Nordin jealous and asks Valentin to put sunscreen on her back.
“Be careful, I have very soft hands, you risk becoming addicted”– Valentin answers before the execution under the gaze of Nordin, who is getting closer and closer. Unfortunately for Manon, Nordin doesn’t react and just shows up at the beach to check there aren’t any pickpocketing problems like last year.
So, is all hope of seeing a Nordin-Manon couple soon lost? I am not convinced.
Indeed, in the following episodes of Tomorrow, which we own, it will become more and more obvious that the young policeman is also in love with Manon. Although he will be distant, even strict with Sophie, he will have a hard time hiding his jealousy of Valentine. He goes so far as to open up about it to Roxanne (Raphael Volkoff) and confides in Avora (Julie Debazak) that he believes the waiter at the shack is not his daughter’s boyfriend.
The only problem: Manon, at the same time, once again listens to Charlie, who advises him to enjoy the pleasures of life in order to forget about Nordin, prompting him to become more interested in Valentine. That is why, in the episode that will be broadcast on Monday, August 1 on TF1, the young woman will accept the latter’s invitation to a romantic picnic on the beach.
One thing leads to another, Valentine takes advantage of the evening and kisses Manon after confessing to her that he likes to please and that he found her brilliant when he first saw her at the hut. And Manon isn’t going to kick him out, and she’s going to kiss him, too.
Should we take this as a sign that a love triangle will form to further derail the budding romance between Manon and Nordin? The answer in the Tomorrow sequel belongs to us at TF1 and Salto. But judging by Manon and Valentine’s sudden closeness, things seem to be on track.
