With a bold design, the concept of Jaguar Type 00 anticipates the new phase of the English brand in the first apparition to the public during the Paris fashion week
A few months after his first appearance, the Jaguar Type 00 gave his boys again during the Paris fashion week. This time, the bold concept appeared with the body painted in French abroad, in its first test drive in public. The model, which marks a new phase of the English brand, was guided by the actors Barry Keoghan, Jamie Dornan and Zoë Saldaña.
According to Jaguar, the blue abroad that inspired the new 00 type color, is associated with French arts and culture from the Renaissance era. This tone is evaluated for its originality, rarity and prestige – characteristics that the company highlights as the essence of the brand.
For type 00 painting, an exclusive pigment has been used by Jaguar which has an additional metal content in its composition. With this, the color reveals a satin finish. The first time that type 00 appeared to the public was in December 2024 during Miami Art Week and, during the occasion, it was only static.
Since then, Jaguar has advanced further in the process of developing technologies that will be in the future cars of the brand, materialized for the first time in this conceptual model, which tries to save the philosophy “copy nothing”, designed by the founder of the Sir William Lyons brand.
The brand also took advantage of the occasion of the Paris fashion week to announce that the city will also be home to the new Jaguar shop in the golden triangle – the heart of the luxury district of the French capital, in the eighth arrondissement. The shops will be integrated by a large global network of luxury retailers.
“Jaguar will come to life in a selected number of these exclusive brand stores, located where our audience lives, works and will have fun. They will allow us to build direct relationships with customers and offer unique and personalized experiences,” says Rawdon Glover, Jaguar CEO.
The type 00 concept will inspire the first car of the new Jaguar phase, which will be revealed until the end of this year. The details on the new model have not yet been released, but we already know that it will be a 4Door GT with electrical moto. It will also be produced in the United Kingdom.
