From the schoolyard to family meals, the M6 is just a step away. After replacing family scenes during the month of July, Comme des gosses, the channel’s new short series, ends its first season this Friday and will start a new one from Monday at 8:30 p.m. With the family 11th season.
Fans who have longed for their favorite characters will finally be able to find Le Kervelecs for new adventures that still promise to be just as fun and crazy. And which will allow the series, led by Marie Vincent, Yves Pinot, Jeanne Savar, Charlie Bruno, Axel Huet, Lucie Bourdeau, Olivier Magee and Benoit Moreau, to celebrate its 10 years of existence as it should be.
In ten years and more than 2000 episodes, En Famille has not lost any of its humor. And he proves it again with this new sketch that sets the tone for Season 11, and which we invite you to discover in the player preview above.
Taken from the episodes you’ll find on M6 from Monday, this sequence shows Jacques losing his temper at a family dinner where much of the tribe is reunited, including Milo, Roxanne’s new companion, played by Jeremy Credevil.
The reason for the argument: Hardly had they sat down at the table, his relatives decided to make fun of his dated traditions, directly “middle Ages”. Because for Jacques, “Waiting until everyone is at the table to start eating is basic politeness”.
The patriarch of Le Kervelec, annoyed that his wife, daughters and the rest of the family were not waiting, goes even further: “When I was little, in Brittany, nobody ate until my grandfather opened the knife. And when he closed it, the meal was over.”.
A vision of the rules of politeness that the rest of the family doesn’t really share, which will launch into a discussion full of bad faith and sarcasm about life in the Middle Ages. To the great despair of Jacques, who soon climbs the towers.
A moment of life to die for laughs that captures the essence of En Famille and allows more than one viewer to identify with this raucous Sunday meal.
Season 11 of En Famille will be broadcast Monday to Friday at 8.30pm on M6 from 1 August.
