Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh tablets of organic yeast (30g)
  • 1 cup of hot milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 and 1/2 cups (tea) of wheat flour (approximately)
  • 2 gems
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Flour wheat flour
  • Margarine to gain weight

Filling:

  • 100 g of butter
  • 5 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
  • 3 grated apples with shell

Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, dissol the yeast in hot milk and mix with the remaining ingredients, drinking the dough until it is glued from the hands. If necessary, add more flour
  2. Cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes
  3. Strive the dough on a floured surface, forming a large rectangle
  4. Distribute the mixed filling ingredients, roll up like a roll and cut into 3 cm slices
  5. Put in a fatty pan and flour, brush with the egg yolk, sprinkle with mixed sugar and cinnamon and cook, preheated, for 30 minutes or until lightly golden
  6. For the syrup, mix the ingredients in a pan and take over low heat for 10 minutes
  7. Remove the rolls from the oven and brush with the still hot syrup. Let it heat and serve
