Russian President Vladimir Putin’s President Russian President Kirill Dmitiev told the Izvestia newspaper in the comments published on Monday that conversations with US companies have already started.
Putin suggested in February that the United States could be interested in joining rare land deposits in Russia, which has the fifth largest world metal reserve used in laser and military equipment.
