Former BBB Natália Deodato made her acting debut. You registered a small participation in the series “Aqui ao Lado-Vizinhos”, which will be released in 2023 on Canal Brasil.
“It was my first appearance on the set of a Globo channel. I made a cameo, short, but which, for me, was very meaningful. I was very happy, very emotional,” she said in an interview with Gshow.
The series is a comedy based on true stories of relationships between a neighborhood and its cast including names like Natália Lage and Otávio Müller.
“My dream was to be able to enter the ‘Malhação’. As a child I used to say: ‘When I grow up, I will do the Malhação’.”.
As part of her preparation for an acting career, Natália began doing speech therapy sessions to get rid of stuttering, as well as acting classes. But despite this, she criticized the casting of fellow prisoner Jade Picon in “Travessia”, Globo’s next soap opera.
“Jade is a wonderful person, I like her a lot. She worked hard to get to where she is, she deserves it. But that’s what I said, it’s the standard,” he explained. “Sweet girl, white, straight hair, clear eyes, pretty. Put a strong, empowered woman, that’s what I want to see,” she added.
Natalia also stated that she preferred to see Douglas Silva, who is an actor and black, cast in a leading role in a nine o’clock soap opera on the net.
