Müze, the developer responsible for the Tempo Project, in Itajaí, Santa Catarina, announces a partnership with Ja8 Arquitura Viva, a reference in Street Scape, Placemaking, Landscaping and Humanization of Public Spaces, creating welcoming and vibrant places in different Brazilian states. The landscape project designed for time aims to create an engaging experience, exploiting the natural transition between mountains and sea, a singular feature of Brava Beach.

The integration of the native vegetation of the Atlantic Forest is a surprising differential, underlines Juliana Castro, architect and partner founding of Ja8 Viva Arquitetura. “The proposal over time is to create a complete sensory experience. In addition to preserving local fauna, we will provide an integration space between human beings and nature, we want people to observe and actively interact with local fauna and flora”, says the expert.

The company is divided into three distinct areas: one inspired by rest, with low vegetation and swimming pool with sand bottom, which simulates a natural lagoon from the sea. Central Garden, being a family space with another large swimming pool and leisure areas integrated into the tropical landscape. In fact, one of the highlights will also be the swimming pool in the area inspired by the forest surrounded by large trees, recreating a lake with a contemplative atmosphere and connection with nature.

Balneário Camboriú leads the ranking of national prices per square meter for over two years, and right next to it there is Praia Brava, in Itajaí. Over the past five years, the value of properties in Itajaí has ​​increased by 90%, mainly influenced by the enhancement of Praia Brava, placing the city in the third position among the most appreciated prices per square meter.

For the project, Müze also has relevant partners like Emiliano, who will have his first six stars, and Foster+Partners Office, who is the first residential of the architecture company in Brazil.
