Diesel sales by distributors in Brazil are amounting to about 5.7 billion liters in March, with an increase of about 300 million liters compared to the same month as the previous one, reaching the highest level of the last five months, according to the data published on Wednesday by the National Oil, Natural Gas and Biocarburant Agency (ANP).
In the first quarter, Anp increased a 4.5% increase in diesel marketing, the best -selling fuel in the country. The growth has been influenced, among other factors, by collecting a record of record soy that guides the consumption for the transport of products.
Already petrol sales in the country have reached 3.7 billion liters, above 3.63 billion people observed in March last year, with land recovery land in front of its competitor, hydrated ethanol.
In the year, petrol sales increased by 1.8%.
Enrolled volumes of hydrated ethanol of 1.78 billion liters in March, almost 100 million liters below March last year, according to the ANP data. In the year until March, biofuels accumulates a drop of 2.6% of sales.
