The others would have been excluded from the veto, as they would have been practiced before the diploma.
Moraes then voted for the partial suspension of the action relating only to the crimes attributed after graduation.
Zanin, in his vote, also agreed with the speaker. “Immunity does not apply to non -parliamentarians or infringements before graduation.”
