Season 20 of NCIS begins with a big crossover event and there are the first photos

The unstoppable giant of CBS ratings NCIS returns this fall for its historic 20th season, making it one of the few scripted series to achieve such a feat. and when the current shooting season happens, it won’t even be exactly the only one, as CBS has announced that fans will be privy to a full-fledged crossover event for September previews for both of them. NCIS And NCIS: Hawaiian.

Monday 19th September NCIS Kicks off the two-hour premiere with a suspenseful relationship that will get bigger than expected, which will take the team from Washington DC across the Pacific and into Aloha state for some high-risk action. We will go into the details of the first hour after taking a first look at the next crossover.

Crossing of NCIS

clearly NCIS‘the creative team has been keeping things close to the vest recently when they broached the subject the chances of the drama going through completely with both sounds Hawaiian Where is it Angels spin-off, as there was no hint that the two Monday night plays would do just that with their first scheduled episodes. This is the second episodic crossover of the two shows, featuring the the first season of the spin-off that reunites Wilmer Valderrama and Katrina Law under the Hawaiian sun.

Given that these characters now have that story behind them, viewers can probably expect Torres and Knight to fall short when they work with Vanessa Lachey’s Tennant again, as does Jason Antoon’s tech-savvy Malick.

The real question, however, is who has the toughest look: Torres / Tennant combination seen above or Knight / Tennant below? If you guessed the all-female duo, you are right. I wouldn’t want to be the suspect hit by those two.

Things are much happier in the photo below, which brings Sean Murray’s McGee into crossover fun as he is introduced to Hawaiian-born agents. That said, don’t expect to see McGee wearing sunglasses on Hawaiian beaches, as he’s not listed as one of the spinoff’s guest stars.

Crossing of NCIS

And while we don’t see Gary Cole’s Alden Parker in these early images, it has been confirmed that he will appear on the cover of the NCIS: Hawai’i crossover, as well as presumably in his own series. That said, it’s unclear if he took a trip to Hawaii while he was on the loose with Vivian, or if things will clear up enough for him to return to work at DC headquarters. (It’s also worth noting that Brian Dietzen and Diona Reasonover’s respective characters, Jimmy and Kasie, are also guest stars.)
