The new solution was developed by the feedback of brokers and customers and combines robust assists and digital paths
Summary
Justice launched an annual car insurance policy with robust assist, 100% digital experience and attractive service for brokers, with the aim of competing with the main insurers and satisfying market demands.
Justice takes another step to compete to be equally to large car insurers in the country: with the launch of the annual policy, the company strengthens its position as a complete, modern and 100% insurer engaged in the broker channel. The news was built by the direct feedback of market professionals and consolidates the maturity of the operation, which worked with a definitive Susep license since March, in the complete insurance of the S3 model.
More than a new product, annual policy represents a great commercial opportunity for brokers. The plan brings a differentiated assistance package, with a 24 -hour assistance impulse, which represents 5 times more than the market standard. In addition, payment can be paid in a maximum of 10 times without compromising the limit of the card and the customer has immediate provisional coverage and extra assist, including glass, small repairs, holes, residence and other services.
For brokers, the model offers early service in the exhaustion model, a practice in which the transfer is completely performed in advance in politics, even if the customer pays the installment. This guarantees the predictability of the revenue and improves the partner’s cash flow. The journey is also 100% digital and the support takes place through the broker’s portal, a platform designed to provide autonomy, agility and transparency in the management of the wallet.
“The launch responds directly to what we have heard from the market: there was a clear demand for an annual product with a robust coverage, a service of excellence and a fluid experience for both the customer and the broker. This is what we are offering now,” says Dhaval Chadha, CEO and Cofundder of Justos.
The annual policy completes Justos’ portfolio, which has already offered the monthly model. Now, the broker has even more freedom to work on different customer profiles, in particular those who are already used to the traditional model and appreciate the advisory relationship.
“With a well -defined value proposal, the competitive product and a trip without friction, the broker has a solution that helps sell more and retain better,” adds Chaadha.
The partner brokers already project a high adherence to the new model. “Justice has been very attentive to what the market needs and the new annual insurance is proof of this. It is a complete product, with different conditions for both the broker and for the customer. And the best: it combines cutting technology with active listening, something rare in the sector”, says Francisco Bispo, partner of Toaka Assessoria, in Rio de Janeiro.
The launch takes place in a moment of strong growth of the righteous. The insurer bent in size year after year and has reduced, on average, six percentage points of complaints per year, a direct reflection of the price model using behavioral data and other technologies. In addition, the entire operation is now carried out exclusively through the broker channel, strengthening the central role of these partners in the company’s strategy.
Annual policy will be expected to represent a relevant section of sales by the end of 2025, with greater loyalty, increase in life value (LTV) and greater predictability of revenue for brokers.
The news comes shortly after Justos received the final license from Susep to operate as a permanent insurer and consolidate its performance with 100% distribution through the broker channel.
