The second phase of men’s volleyball league (VNL) approaches the end, with the results of this Saturday that change the top of the classification and obtain the struggle for vacant places in the final in China.
With the owners of the house already guaranteed, another seven vacant places are under discussion. Brazil and Poland, rival this Sunday (29/6), approached confirmation of the presence, respectively with today’s victory over Italy and the United States. With the same number of positive results (six), Brazilians and poles run in points, with the Europeans now in the lead.
VNL on Saturday was also marked by important results from France, now within the qualifying area for the finals and Argentina and Germany, which have returned to the struggle.
The negative highlight of the day was the setback of Bulgaria at home in Türkiye 3-0. In addition to the defeat, the Bulgari team has lost the young lifter from Simeon Nikolov, with an ankle injury.
