Anne Heche suffers a serious car accident in Los Angeles




Actress Anne Heche was hospitalized on Friday (5/8) after crashing her car into a Los Angeles residence, setting both the house and vehicle on fire.

Los Angeles firefighters confirmed in a public report that a car driven by a woman crashed into a two-story house in Los Angeles’ Mar Vista neighborhood, causing “structural compromises and exploding in a massive fire.”

The driver was rescued from the car and taken in critical condition to the local hospital, while the firefighters worked to put out the fire, which lasted about an hour.

The CNN news network confirmed that Heche was behind the wheel.

The Los Angeles Police Department told the US channel that the car went off the road and hit the house at high speed and that the driver suffered burns.

The 53-year-old actress has a long career in films and series, which began in the 1980s with the soap opera “Outro Mundo”.
