THE Netflix The month of July began with a bead of premieres that promise to please classic movie fans. Starting this week, established titles that marked generations entered the streaming platform catalog.

Among the highlights are the award -winning The Powerful Boss (1972), directed by Francis Ford Coppolaand Forrest Gump – The Storyteller(1994), starring Tom Hanks. Both films are Oscar winners and considered essential works of the seventh art.

Other titles that arrive at service include:

  • Lisbela and the prisoner (2003), withSelton Melloand Débora Falabella
  • Gladiator (2000), epic starring Russell Crowe;
  • Footloose – Crazy Rhythm(1984), with Kevin Bacon;
  • Collateral (2004), suspense with Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx;
  • Top Gun – Indomitable Asees (1986), classic action that returned to the spotlight with its recent sequence;
  • Shark (1975), long timeless much praised for their way of suspense;
  • Et: The extraterrestrial (1982), adventure directed by the renowned Steven Spielberg;
  • Fire against fire(1995), with ROBERT DE NIRO, Al Pacino,Val Kimer;
  • Snatch: pigs and diamonds(2000), comedy commanded by Guy Ritchie and starringBrad Pitt;
  • A brilliant mind (2001), drama where Russell Crowe portrays a genius of mathematics.

The renewal of the catalog is part of the strategy of Netflix to attract different generations of viewers, including the most nostalgic. Movies are now available to all subscribers on the platform
