Occitane optimizes the payment flow with nimble support

The company rules revised the project and the configurations of the tool used by the financial team

The Occitane Au Brésil, a global brand of cosmetics and personal care, has recently reviewed its process of paying management. The initiative provided for the reconfiguration of the Jira tool, already used by the information technology team (IT) and had the technical support of the Nimble Evolution consultancy company.

According to Anderson Bafe, commercial director of Nimble, the previous flow had operational limits and configuration failures, which influenced the postponement of requests relating to the financial closure. In order to adjust the processes to the current scenario of the operation, the company has defined a new model of action and has started the restructuring of the flows.

The area included the redesign of corporate passages and rules, focusing on performance and governance. “We worked together with the L’Occitane Team to understand the current operation of the platform and propose technical adjustments that meet the needs of the financial area,” says Barate.

It also underlines that the project was implemented without critical impacts and followed the planned program. Among the milestones there is the reformulation of the PRF process (request for request for the fund), with the creation of the payment entity by position, with the aim of increasing the accuracy and speed of data in closings.

The renovation also included actions aimed at organizing information, reviewing control parameters and alignment with the travel of users of the area. The process was conducted jointly by the technical teams of Eccitane and agile evolution.
