Panvel Run collects 3,000 people in his first street race

The first edition of Panvel Run takes place this Sunday 20 July in Porto Alegre and already has 3,000 confirmed corridors. Keep on the margins of Guaíba, with beginnings scheduled for 7 in Cuias Kids, the race marks the entry of the Panvel into the calendar of the sporting events of the capital. The routes are 3 km, 5 km and 10 km, open to amateur and expert athletes.

In addition to the race, the event will present an Arena for health and well -being, a space intended for the public general with a free programming. On the spot, services such as tests and guidelines for health will be offered, car experiences and prevention activities. Also in the arena, there will be sustainability actions, with sterile and collection of late medicines, through the right destination program.

One of the highlights of Panvel Run is the area of children, coordinated by Cia Play. About 100 children will make an adapted version of the race in routes ranging from 100 to 600 meters, with a planned safety and entertainment structure. Adult runners will also be able to customize their medals with the time of the race and follow the musical attractions spread along the way.

The event will present a complete structure: hydration points, ambulances, medical staff and technical support. About 10% of the participants are employees of Panvel, who will have an exclusive space as part of the company’s internal programming.

Panvel Run tries to promote healthy habits and offer a program that stimulates sport with responsibility, encouragement of prevention and quality of life – both for recorded runners and for visitors to the Arena.
