The actress embarks on a new project that could jeopardize the continuity of ‘The Flight Attendant’, whose third season has not yet been confirmed.
A few months ago we wondered about ‘The Flight Attendant’: will there be season 3 on HBO Max? . And it is that the doubts about the continuity of the series were given by the large number of projects in which her protagonist, Kaley Cuoco, is being involved and that could endanger her participation in the fiction of hbo max.
the last one is ‘Based on a true story’, a comedy thriller produced by Peacock and to which Cuoco has committed for a minimum of two seasons. The executive production of the project is in the hands of Craig Rosenberg (‘The Boys’) and Jason Bateman (‘Ozarks’).
According to the producer, the series will revolve around “Ava Bartlett (Cuoco), a real estate agent, a plumber and a former tennis star, whose lives unexpectedly collide, exposing America’s obsession with the truecrime, the murders and toilets with ‘slow closing’ lids“.
I think for me, the plane has landed
This information jeopardizes the actress’s participation in ‘The Flight Attendant’, to which must be added some of her own statements in relation to the series, assuring that the show was already “finished”. “We’ve done two (seasons) – we should probably finish.” he commented in May. “I’ve been giving this idea a lot of thought. There’s definitely interest in doing a third season. But I think for me, the plane has landed.” Anyway, the creator of the series, Steve Yockeydoesn’t seem to have such a clear opinion, and the possibility of a third season seems very likely, since he claims to be “brainstorming possible ideas” for a subsequent Cassie Bowden mission.
Cuoco has the romantic comedy ‘Meet Cute’ pending release, alongside Pete Davidson; and the Netflix film ‘The Man from Toronto’, with Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson. Also, Kaley Cuoco has shared an adorable first look at his new movie ‘Role Play’, an Amazon Prime Video action thriller; and he will play Doris Day in a miniseries.
