The Corinthians obtained a favorable decision in court that temporarily suspends the collection of R $ 2,816,4559 in taxes on services of any nature (ISSQN). The measure, granted by judge Kenichi Koyama, of the 15th public financial court of San Paolo, refers to contracts for the assignment of advertising spaces in the Arena di Neo Chemistry. The magistrate understood that this activity is not configured as the supply of services and, therefore, should not be taxed.
The process, however, still awaits the final decision. In the meantime, the club is not observed to pay, which represents immediate financial relief for the cashier.
