Infracommerce reverses the result and increases ebitda 104% on 2T25

Infracommerce (B3: IFCM3) has announced the financial results From the second quarter of 2025 (2T25), consolidating the third consecutive quarter of the positive operating result and constantly advancing in the execution of its transformation plan, it began in 2024. The adequate ebitda [(-) Capex (+) Despesas de antecipação (-) Aluguéis] has reached 4.6 million dollars, a growth of 104.4% compared to 2T24. The services reflect the progress of about 75% of the shares provided in the plan, in particular the revision of the customer portfolio, the resolution of expensive contracts and the improvement of operational efficiency.

The period was marked by a significant improvement in the operating cash generation, which reached R $ 108.2 million, reversing the negative result of R $ 103.6 million to the positive result of 4.6 million R $ compared to 2T24.

The gross margin reached 25.6%, with an increase of 5.9 percentage points, led by a mix of more profitable revenue and an operational optimization, as well as a reduction of 50.2% of the costs and total expenses (excluded loss) in the same period last year. The rectified net debt closed positive to $ 28.8 million, after the conversion of debts into mandatory convertible tools.

Also with net revenues of $ 181.9 million in the quarter – a retraction of 26.7% compared to 2T24 – the company focused on the financial discipline and the improvement of the margin. The rationalization of the portfolio in Brazil was decisive for efficiency gain, while international operations are expanding. In Latin America (except Brazil), the revenues grew by 10.3% compared to 2T24, contributing to the balance of the consolidated result.

The CEO of Infracommerce, Mariano Oriozabala, underlines that the results confirm the effectiveness of the transformation plan:

“In just nine months of management, we manage three rooms of what we have decided to do: stabilize the business in Brazil, resume growth and redeem operational efficiency. Now we enter a new phase, returning to the market with renewed ambition and focusing on sustainable growth.”
