Original production of the short! Directed by Liliane Mutti shows the singer’s trajectory with file scenes and exclusive moments to the piano and on stage
In 2026 debut in the short! The unprecedented documentary ANGELA RO ROfrom Liliane Mutti (Miúcha, The Voice of Bossa Nova). The film, in finishing, brings the trajectory of the artist with scenes of shows, photos and old interviews of the artist, added to images unpublished with his testimonials and unpublished shows.

This exclusive stretch shown by Rolling Stone Brazil features Angela in a show in 1976 singing My girla clipping of the movie Sound, Sol & Surf – Saquaremafrom Hélio Pitangaother singing moments, childhood photos and their own narrative for the facts then lived. The original short production! It was made possible by the audiovisual sectoral fund, had images shown in the 3rd Short Festival! Documentaries’, last August, during the activity “assembly room”.
In the biographical documentary there is also a filming held at dawn in February when Ro ro He left his apartment in Copacabana and went to Botafogo’s cove in Rio. There, the director had a surprise to the artist: the journalist IVONE DONATO had loaned the piano of João Donato. The tail piano was installed by the team in the sand facing the sea. The unpublished images with Angela playing piano and giving testimony to the film were recorded by three cameras: a drone, one of 4K cinema and the director’s cell phone.
