According to the lawyer Marcelo Crespo, coordinator of the Espm bill, a criminal conviction by a collegial judicial body generates immediate inadmissibility based on the law on clean records (Lk 64/1990, art. 1, I, “and”): the effect goes “from the belief” to 8 years after the sentence. This is independent of res judita, because the law admits the cause of ineligibility by the collegial decision.
Bolsonaro was not already admissible by 2030 for TSE decisions (such as the meeting with the ambassadors and another by September 7).
This could even change along the road, if, at a certain point, the belief had decreased. Another option would also be a change in the law.
Bolsonaro was sentenced for led a criminal organization that tried to prevent the inauguration of the president elected Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT), between 2022 and 2023.
Also other defendants, including the former ministers and the military, were sentenced.
