Authorized by Moraes, Bolsonaro arrives in the hospital to remove lesions to the skin

The former president has been in home arrest since the beginning of August, after violation of the precautionary measures

Former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) left his residence on Sunday morning, 14 years old, to perform a procedure to remove small injuries or the imperfections of the skin at the DF Star Hospital in Brazilia. The trip to the health unit was authorized by Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Court (Stf).

Bolsonaro came escorted by the federal district criminal police in the hospital, where he had also strengthened the police patrol. Supporters with green and yellow shirts appear around the former president, try to contact him, but have not received a response.

The former Mottiizer has been in home arrest since the beginning of August, for breaking a precautionary measure imposed by Moraes. Bolsonaro’s request for him to go to the hospital unit was addressed to the judge before the trial that sentenced the former president to more than 27 years in prison, in the case of the plot of the coup.

Moraes has granted the request, noting that Bolsonaro’s defense must submit certificates of presence, with a period of 48 hours after the end of the medical procedures. As part of the security procedures, there were magazines inside and in the trunk of all the vehicles that left the house of the former president.

In a historical sentence, the first class of the Supreme Court sentenced, with 4 votes to 1, the former president Jair Bolsonaro for criminal criminal criminals armed, tried violent abolition of the state of democratic law, coup, qualified state damage and deterioration of the listed heritage.
