The Lula government has released Bench to vote on the proposal that protects the deputies and senators from criminal actions and arrests
Brasilia – With the support of 12 PT deputies and the government of President Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva who release his bench, The Chamber of Representatives approved the proposed amendment so called to the Constitution (PEC) of the armor. The proposal was openly defended by the opposition parliamentarians and also from those of the Center.
The vote was in the first round and obtained 353 votes yes, 134 votes no and abstention. There will still be a second voting round before the text can go to the Federal Senate. 308 votes are required.
Among the main subtitles of CentrĂ£o (Union, PP, MDB, Republicans and PSD), only the PSD had an expressive refusal – 18 deputies voted not, including the leader of the acronym, Antonio Brito (Ba). Among the other acronyms, the PEC was rejected only 12 parliamentarians (four of the Union, three of the PP, five of the MDB and none of the Republicans). Of the five deputies of the new, four voted against PEC. Ricardo Sales (Novo-Sp) was not in the session.
Like the Republicans, the PL has joined Pec massively, without opposite votes, expecting that its approval is the basis for an agreement on the approval of the amnesty for the people involved in January 8, including the former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
12 deputies ran on the pedestal side. They were Airton Faleiro (PA), Alfredinho (SP), Dilvanda Faro (PA), Dr. Francisco (PI), FlĂ¡vio Noguera (PI), Florentino Neto (PI), Jilmar Tatto (SP), Kiko Celeguim (SP), Leonardo Monteiro (MG), Merlong (PI), Idato) (MG) (MG).
