… It depicts two emblems of French cinema!

This online educational platform takes place through two mascots, inspired by two emblem characters in the history of cinema: Leon Unremaxous (1864-1946) Founder of Episodic Society and Alice Guy (1873-1968), the first director of film history in France.

These two historical figures have been re -interpreted by illustrator Marie Spensle (Wonder Pony, Millie & Catsou Ultra Fiesta, I have long loved you), who has made real mascots!

Thanks to their playful and expressive characteristics, Alice and Leon are accompanied by students in the study of film, which is learning that is alive and accessible. They portray both the pioneering soul of Undaan and the passion of cinema as children. Their presence allows teachers to approach this rich legacy, which is mixed with era and styles.

“” “Also and Leon, they made a movie theater, and he puts his story in the future: the young generations with whom we would like to transfer the taste, creation and image of the movie theater. By playing Leon Unsttain and Alice Gh, we recall that passion, curiosity and courage for 130 years have been our house engines“Explains Sidon Dumas, Director of Unassont.

With this innovative and generously gifted platform, unmarried creates a powerful gesture: the French cinematic heritage will become a lever for learning, creativity and cultural openness.
