American artist performs on the third and final day of the event, scheduled for November 21, 22 and 23 at Neo Química Arena, in São Paulo
THE Festival Scene 2K25 announces its first international attraction: Young Thug. The Atlanta rapper arrives in São Paulo as the headliner of the third and final day of the event, which takes place on November 21, 22 and 23, 2025, at the Neo Química Arena, in São Paulo — new dates due to a change in the football calendar.
With a trajectory marked by collaborations ranging from Drake, Travis Scott and Future the Post Malone, Camila Cabello and Elton JohnYoung Thug is recognized as one of the main people responsible for shaping the sound of trap as we know it today. Since the beginning of his career in 2011, Thugger has accumulated a string of hits and billions of streams.
The real-name artist Jeffery Lamar Williams II became an aesthetic and musical reference for artists such as Lil Baby, Travis Scott, Gunna and Lil Uzi Vert. Additionally, he has revealed a new generation of talent through his record label YSL Records.
In 2025, Cena will occupy one of the largest stadiums in Latin America for three days of shows and immersive experiences. The promise is to offer a connection between music, fashion, sports and art, pillars that have driven the festival since its creation.
Young Thug was the festival’s longtime dream
The choice of Young Thug as the first headliner of 2025 is the realization of an old dream. In 2019, in the first edition of the festival, the artist had been confirmed as the main attraction. However, for family reasons, he was unable to come and was replaced by Quavo, at the time a member of the group Migos.
In the following edition, the organization tried again, but without success. In a note, the event team states:
“Young Thug is one of the biggest names in our culture and both we in the organization and the public have been eagerly waiting for this moment. It’s been years of attempts and conversations and we are very happy to finally announce him officially on our stage. It’s an achievement for us and for the culture as a whole.”
