The “Iron PM” challenge mobilizes the Military Brigade in extreme endurance tests in Porto Alegre


The Partenon event tested the physical and mental preparation of dozens of Rio Grande do Sul police officers

The “Iron PM EsEFBM” challenge, organized by the Military Brigade last Friday (10), brought together military police officers in a competition that tested strength, agility and endurance. The dispute took place at the General Cypriano Stadium, on Avenida Cel. Aparício Borges, in Porto Alegre, with demanding tests that measured the physical condition of the participants.




Organized by the School of Physical Education of the Military Brigade (EsEFBM), the initiative sought to encourage esprit de corps and individual overcoming. The circuit was made up of phases such as chin-ups, abdominal rowing, rope climbing, running, stationary cycling and deadlifts, requiring high technical and physical performance from the competitors.

Among the winners of the women’s podium, First Lieutenant Vanessa Aparecida Campos stands out, followed by Soldiers Brenda Eltz Mueller and Laís dos Santos Gosmão. In the men’s category, soldier Juliano Farias Martins won first place, accompanied by Jackson Luis Silva da Luz and Saimon Hermes.

The event had logistical support from various sectors of the company, including healthcare, logistics and education, as well as Social Communication, which guaranteed official coverage. The activity reinforced the importance of physical preparation and teamwork within the Military Brigade.
