There are secrets that would probably be better off buried forever in Tomorrow Belongs to Us.
Remember: Charles (Roberto Calvetti) arrived in Sete after the bankruptcy of his hotel in Greece. Devastated and too proud to ask his mother for help, the young man began smuggling jewelry with the help of ambulance driver Alban Perret and nurse Laure Contentin. Together, they stole jewelry from patients at St. Clair Hospital before reselling it.
A scam that apparently turned into a tragedy after Charles killed two of his accomplices.
So far, the son Juilliard manages to escape from the police thanks to the support of his mother Filipina (Patricia Thibault). However, things may change in the next episodes…
Charles’ past resurfaces!
In A new extract is available on the TF1+ platformFilipina looks at Violette’s bootcamp photos. A mother panics when she sees her daughter posing in front of her famously abandoned house.
“Charles comes to visit” he exclaims before showing the photo. The young man pulls out an old diary in which he keeps an identical photo of this mysterious abode.
“This is the home of the Alban Peret family. Here he hid the evidence against me!– he confides to his mother, his face is pale.
When the Philippines reminds him that they’re not sure of anything, Charles says he’s sure what he’s looking for is out there. Indeed, Charles searched Alban Pere’s apartment from top to bottom and found only a photograph of this house lost in the woods. “He knew very well that I would not go there to search“, he explains.
When his mother asks him what Albany had against him, Charles admits, “He had a recording where you can hear me ordering him and his friend Laure Cotentin to steal jewelry.“.
Convinced that Albany has hidden this incriminating evidence in a USB key or hard drive along with the last batch of jewelry he failed to sell, Charles decides to go there before it falls into the wrong hands. To which the Philippines refuses. “I would be the one to go. You are too exposed and nervous, so you calm down. We found the house, we were lucky. will continue.”.
Will the Philippines manage to find the record before it’s too late? The answer will soon be ours in Tomorrow.
