On Monday, November 3, it all starts here…

The Teyssier project is in jeopardy

At the institute, Ishmael asks Leonard to go talk to Teyssier because the latter surprised them with a kiss the other day. Leonardo believes that the director has other work besides revealing this secret. Moreover, he is very disturbed by Ishmael’s attitude, who does not accept the kiss they exchange. Suddenly Bianca interrupts them and joins her boyfriend.

Meanwhile, Teissier assures Rose and Clotilde that he has found the perfect location, very close to the institute, for a training hotel. He explains that he is going to meet with the owner in the afternoon and will arrange a meeting with them immediately. Rose and Clotilda are a little worried that the hotel purchase is not yet complete. But Teissier reassures them.

With that, Clotilda heads to the kitchen to announce to Leonard, Zoe, Bianca, and Ishmael that they will finally have to pull off an impromptu gourmet brunch in a few hours. He then returns to taste each pair’s proposals. Finding Bianca and Ishmael’s dishes lacking in personality, she decides in favor of Leonard and Zoe.

For his part, Teissier goes to the Hôtel Jourdain and meets Jeanne, the owner. They are interrupted by Andrea, Zhanna’s mother, who immediately replies that the hotel is not for sale. Ginny tries to convince him that it’s the only thing to do, since they haven’t been able to cope since the death of their father, which happened this summer. But Andrea defends her position.

As Tessier leaves, Jean tries to reason with her mother again, but to no avail. At the same time, his son, who is none other than Ishmael, joins them. In a rather bad mood, he then retires to his room in isolation.

At the institute, Teissier explains to Constance that Jourdain’s family no longer wants to sell her the hotel. Then Constance remembers that it is Ishmael’s last name. What she told him about her story matched what Jeanne told her husband. Teissier intends to use Ishmael to rebuild the hotel…

Fleur was hurt by Josephine

During a baking class, Lupe offers to pair Fleur up. He refuses, stating that he has already asked Caesar. The wolf then mates with Josephine.

Later, Fleur gives Josephine a false excuse to decline an invitation to dine with her and Wolff.

Back in baking class, Fleur is completely destabilized by the apparent complicity of Lupe and Josephine. Caesar begins to realize this and advises them to talk about it.

After class, Fleur finds Josephine at the Comptoir de Jude to tell her that Lupe loves her. Josephine then reveals that she already knows, then tells him everything that happened between them, including why she doesn’t want to be with him. Flair says she’s deeply hurt that she lied to him for so long.

Tom pushes Julia aside

In the workshop, Tommy gives Rose and Enzo a taste of his dish. The latter agree to entrust him with the reins of the restaurant on the condition that Julia will help him. However, the young girl expresses her disagreement. Tom also explains that they will not be able to cooperate intelligently. But Rose and Enzo leave them no choice.

In revenge, Tom deliberately gives a bad schedule to Julia, who is late to prepare, then she treats him like a clerk and rejects all his ideas. An exhausted young girl decides to leave the brigade.
