Clotilde refuses to do business with the Jourdains
In the kitchen, Clotilda joins Leonard and Zoe to discuss developing the app’s hotel menu. Teissier interrupts them. He has another idea in mind: that they offer a buffet at Double A during lunch service. Separately, he admits to Clotilda that the owners of the hotel are still not convinced about the sale and that it is a tempting operation. So Chef Armand, Leonard and Zoe will be working.
In turn, Teissier asks Ishmael to be part of the lunch crew with Bianca. He also asks the young man to invite his mother to lunch. Ishmael obeys, even if he does not like to mix personal and professional life. If her husband did this, Constance admits that she does not agree with his methods.
Despite everything, Teissier welcomes Jeanne to Double A and invites her to stay for lunch. He explains that he no longer wants to buy the hotel and instead proposes to merge the two establishments. This will make it possible for them to bring customers. Ginny emphasizes that she’s not the only one who’s decided, and she’ll have to think about it. Passing through the room, Clotilde sees Teyssier in Jeanne’s company. He is upset.
After the service, Clotilde reveals to Teyssier and Rose that Léon Jourdain, Jeanne’s father, was a friend of Auguste Armand. He says that the latter wanted to open an educational hotel shortly after opening the school. He found the perfect location and talked to Leon, who then bought the hotel behind it. After that, Augustus was disgusted and abandoned the idea of creating a show hotel. Clotilde therefore asks Teyssier to find another place, which he seems to accept.
Behind Clotilde’s back, Teissier goes to Jourdain’s hotel, where Jean tells him that she accepts his offer of partnership. However, she adds that she will have to convince her brother Hector as they jointly own two-thirds of the hotel. Teissier agrees to meet him the next day…
Julia helps Tom
Tom and Julia explain to Enzo that they are incompatible and cannot work together. And Tom wants to run the restaurant without a second. Enzo accepts on the condition that he makes no mistakes on the first serve.
Later, Julia overhears a conversation between Solal and Enzo about Tom. Enzo declares that he is willing to release him from his mastership if he ever fails at his job.
During the service, Julia comes to collect the knives. He notices that Tom’s brigade is underwater and offers to help. Tom eventually agreed.
At the end of the service, Tom thanks Julia for her help. Enzo congratulates them as they have good feedback from customers. Solal then realizes that the latter deliberately made Julia hear them a little earlier.
Flair drops the mask
In class, Flor assures Josephine that she overreacted the other day, but she’s moved on and everything is fine. At the end of the lesson, Alice grades the students on their flash: Fleur and Cesar get 8/20, and Wolf and Josephine get 18/20. Seeing her classmates still so complicit, Fleur starts to cry and hastily leaves the classroom.
Josephine finds him outside. Flair admits that it is very difficult for him to see her with Wolff. So he decides to distance himself from them. A young woman then joins Lionel and confides in him about the situation.
