Paris Filmes has released the Portuguese-dubbed trailer for “A Queda”, a survival thriller that follows two young women trapped atop a 600-meter-high metal tower.
The two are friends who seek adventure and tackle great heights on their climbs. After experiencing a drama in one of their experiences, they try to reconnect with what they love most. To do so, they decide to climb a remote abandoned television tower over 600 meters high, located in the middle of the desert. They just didn’t count on being trapped and isolated in that place without the cell phone signal, the water or the people around.
The cast includes Grace Caroline Currey (from “Shazam!”) And Virginia Gardner (from “Marvel’s Runaways”), as well as Jeffrey Dean Morgan (“The Walking Dead”).
Directed by Scott Mann (“The Kidnapping of Bus 657”) and the producers are the same as “Deep Fear: The Second Attack”, which also accompanied girls in danger on risky adventures.
The film was released three weeks ago in the US, where it did poorly at the box office ($ 5.9 million to date), but wowed critics, garnering a 74% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The premiere in Brazil will take place on 29 September.
