Marvel: Toby from This Is Us is one of the guardians of the galaxy and no one knew him!

While this is our sixth and final season currently airing on NBC and the Canal + series, the series created by Kate and Toby in the series is the focus of attention like never before. From season one onwards, Chris Sullivan, Toby’s translator, has become one of the show’s main characters over the years.

The face that Marvel fans also saw appeared … Guardians of the Galaxy 2, 2017.

Indeed, no matter how surprising it may seem, the American actor played the so-called Taserface, Ravager on the pay of Yondu (Michael Rucker), who ended a revolt against his captain and arrested him (as well as Rocket and Groot) before he died in an explosion.

It was so rare for viewers to recognize Chris Sullivan in a James Gann feature film, it was simply because of the three-and-a-half-hour make-up that he imposed daily to penetrate Taserface’s skin.

As he said in 2017 at the microphone Entertainment Weekly : “Initially, the make-up process was about three and a half hours, then we reduced it to about two and a half hours, because the make-up team gained experience.

It was quite difficult. But every morning, the first morning, I shared a makeup trailer with Michael Rucker. That’s how we sat next to each other, getting ready for work and talking to each other about our lives! ”

Have you noticed that Chris Sullivan was playing Taserface? Could it be that Toby, who is known for his references to Gik culture it’s us, is himself a fan of Guardians of the Galaxy?
