The trailer of the horror movie “Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey” has been released. Winnie the Pooh and Piglet are on the run after being abandoned by Christopher Robin…
No more friendly Winnie the Pooh and Piglet!
After being abandoned by Christopher Robin, the beloved animals became terrifying bloodthirsty killers and turned the peaceful forest of blue dreams into a forest of nightmares from which there is no turning back…
Directed by Rhys Waterfield, Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood And Honey was made possible because the book Winnie the Pooh: A Similar Bear Story By AA Milne, published in 1926, now in the public domain.
Symbols and parameters invented by the author can be used without any permission or payment of copyright.
Walt Disney Studios, which previously owned the rights, is therefore no longer the only one that can include Winnie the Pooh, Piglet and the Blue Dream Forest in its films. Note, however, that Tigger has only appeared in books since 1928, so the character has not yet been in the public domain, which explains why the horror movie only features Winnie and Piglet.
The feature film starring Nicolai Leon, May Kelly, Maria Taylor, Amber Doig-Thorne, Craig David Dowsett and Chris Cordell has no release date yet.
