Allociné: The Roussel family has quickly established itself as Tomorrow’s flagship family for us. How does it feel to meet your audience almost immediately? I imagine that must be a great satisfaction for you.
Charlotte Gacchio: There’s a good chance that society will appropriate it that way. When we met the kids, something was very obvious between us. Instant participation. Creating a family is very important. In fact, we have not left. We are still accomplices. We all love each other. We spend our lives together when we are in Seth or texting each other on Whatsapp all day long. We are very close and we are very happy that the community has really accepted us.
In the latest episodes, Leo (Paco Blanco) made a new friend in the person of Mathis (Leandre Castellano-Lemoine), an independent little boy whose divorced parents are worried about his custody. What can you tell us about the upcoming story?
Leo meets little Mathis, who is at the center of his parents’ separation. The mother wants custody and things are not going so well with the father. He loves his son very much, but he doesn’t know how to do it well.
In turn, Audrey takes this little Matisse under her wing. Leo’s siblings are also taking care of this little guy, as is Damien, of course. He will go to the dark side soon (laughs). And we’re going to experience something very intense with Leo and Matt and his dad.
What role will Audrey play with Matt and his parents?
Audrey continues her protective role. He obviously loves children, but I think he loves children in general. He falls in love with this little Matisse and wants to protect it. She also empathizes with this father who is struggling because she herself is a mother who is struggling.
So there’s this bond between them that’s tied and when it’s wrong, it’s bound to hurt a lot. But no matter what happens, Audrey will remain a mother wolf, a mother bear, a mother who protects her children and her children. He will definitely go to the front for Leo and Mathis.
Dan’s behavior is starting to raise more and more questions…
It behaves a bit strangely and turns out to be more “dangerous” than it seems.
Could Leo be in danger?
Leo may actually be in danger.
Damien (Adrien Robb) is very close to Leo, whose godfather we recently saw as his stepfather’s hen. How will he be involved in this story?
First of all, he is very supportive of Audrey. He is with her all the time. It is a beautiful love story for both of them. family too.
Damien has finally found his groove with the Russels. Can they take a new step in their relationship with Audrey? Wedding or why not a baby?
They are now settled and living together. Baby, I hope not. Audrey already has four children, maybe we should quit (laughs). I want a wedding. I love it. I am married in my life and suddenly I really want to wear a beautiful dress, to make a wedding. If the authors want it, we will.
Alma (Camille de Pacis) returned to the set after an absence of several months, and her friendship with Audrey was especially appreciated. Can we hope to see more of their relationship soon?
Alma will be in Mathis’ story for a bit, as Benjamin (Alexander Varga) is going to give the little boy a medical checkup. Between Audrey’s friendship and Benjamin’s love, it won’t be easy to position yourself. And then something happens to Alma. Audrey will be by his side, so we’ll see them together again soon.
This year, the screenwriters decided to write about the past of the Ruseli family. The audience has the opportunity to learn more about this tribe and especially the fathers of the children. After Stanislaus, could Jordan’s fathers and twins land in Seth?
It’s by no means written yet, but I suspect that when we’re introduced to a single mom character with different dads, it’s this type of intrigue that’s also distilled in time. I think it will happen one day, but not yet.
Beautician, then waitress, we know Audrey knows how to adapt to any situation. Will he stay with the spoon forever or might he have desires elsewhere?
Charlotte has desires elsewhere, but I don’t know if that’s the case with Audrey (laughs). Admittedly, I liked this idea of a swiss army knife that is no longer widely used. True, it seemed funny to me to return. When it was the spa decor, I wondered if she was going to be a cosmetologist there again. In any case, everything is possible with him. It is not bad.
Finally, if one day the authors need it, they can put it somewhere, but at the moment it is not planned. At Spoon we recently welcomed Mona (Catherine Benguig) who is quite the character. It gives us a new vibe in this setting that I’m starting to get to know very well. Together with Hector Langevin, he gives us some juice to have something new in this kitchen.
What can you tell us about what’s in store for Jordan (Maxime Leloue), Jack (Dimitri Fouquet) and Liz (Juliette Mabilat) in the next episodes?
I know, but I’m not allowed to say that (laughs). Jack got a great face and that’s it for now. Jordan, Jack and Liz are not going to get involved in the story of Leo and Mathis at all. They will have things that happen to them a little later in the year.
Is there an actor from the series that you would like to work with?
Alexander Brewer. I haven’t played with it yet and would love to.
What do you hope for Audrey’s future? Is there a social cause you want to champion through your character?
The topic I want to defend, I already defend is a single mother who manages with her children. And I like being that image. This woman who does everything to survive and does everything for her children. I believe this is the daily life of many. Anyway, this is what I observe and what I see in society. So I’m already happy with it. He is already a character that I love.
Do you have any other projects outside of the series that you can tell us about?
What I can tell you is that Season 7 of Sam is supposed to be filming this winter. There are a lot of script changes, which is why it will not be aired in January this year. It will be a little later, but this is the pipeline.
We are there in La Rochelle, I see the producers, I see the people from TF1, I see the people and it will happen. We will see season 7 of Sam very soon. I can’t wait to find Aurel’s character. And to tell you the truth, I met very nice people here, so I hope that next year we will have the presentation of other great projects.
