On Monday, September 26, in such great sunshine…

Claire is the victim of a new villain

Alice calls Claire to tell her that she called Helen. The latter denies that he destroyed the mailbox and punctured the tires of the nurse’s car. They will not be able to file a complaint and the case will be closed due to lack of evidence.

Claire is appalled. If Kira supports him, Florent, he is on the side of justice. He believes that you need tangible evidence to accuse someone and that you cannot send someone to prison for a simple statement.

Claire reminds him that Helen is responsible, but Florentine replies that they have no evidence against her. The nurse can’t stand looking at her husband as if he has a problem. But as he leaves the house, he discovers a dead bird on his windshield.

Claire then decides to go and confront Helen at the hospital. She tells him that her holy step number may be in the police, but she is not fooled. Elena is surprised and continues to assert her innocence. Claire threatens him and assures him that she will destroy his life like Helen destroyed it.

Victor calls his daughter to tell her what happened this morning. He sides with Helen and criticizes Claire for her attitude. He understands that she was injured, but realizes that Claire is losing her leg. She worries and tries to get him to listen to reason.

He feels that he is developing a sense of persecution without realizing it. Victor warns him that while he’s in this state of mind, he wants to keep his distance from Helen and her. Claire hangs up and breaks down.

In turn, Helen tells Alix what happened with Claire. The nurse is afraid of him. He also tells Helen that her new service, traumatology, is less interesting. After that, Alix tries to change his mind and offers to work with him in the gallery. He sees in him a trustworthy person. But Helen can’t leave the hospital at night, especially since the facility is understaffed.

Florenti went to the caterer and took Claire’s favorite dishes to please her. However, the latter is not hungry and prefers to sleep. Kira, who can’t bear to sit there idly, is determined to find a way to help Claire.

Christoph spent the night in the office. Charles is sorry to see her in this situation considering her health.

Cecil, on the other hand, finds it difficult to part. Kristof hasn’t spoken to him in three days and is having trouble sleeping. Even if he is very angry with her, he just wants to call her. He does not understand why Achilles hid his existence. Margot then reminds him that he is the one to blame, he shouldn’t feel guilty. It’s up to Kristoff to get back to him.

Johanna tells Eva that she was fired for manslaughter. The lawyer tells her that an appeal is still possible because the surgeon who operated on her husband has a strong presumption of guilt. Eva refuses because she is tired of fighting. He then informs Johanna that from now on he will do without advice.

A few hours later, Kristof meets Johanna at Bar 101. He tries to be polite, but the lawyer makes him realize that they’re going to spare each other their courtesy and continue to avoid each other.

Meanwhile, Achille rides his BMX along the edge of the canal located on the Quai du Verdanson, Montpellier’s high street art scene. She then calls Kristoff to propose to her, but the latter declines because she has too much work to do. Frank watches Achilles from a distance.

At the police station, Becker and Cecil discuss Eva with Thierry and Aya. Unfortunately, their monitoring does nothing, it only sees the lawyer. About Frank, they don’t have anchors. Becker then suggests that they find his accomplice because he knows he keeps moving.

While Achilles is at the edge of the BMX track sending a message to Kristoff, Frank reaches his height and pushes the young man into the void. Achilles fell to the ground…
