On Friday, September 30, it all starts here…
Anais explains to her ex-boyfriend that she is a little upset about what happened the other day. David then confesses that he has wanted to kiss her since he first saw her at the Institute. However, the young woman does not think that she should make a statement to him so soon after breaking up with Lisandro. However, he doesn’t seem bothered by her remark and tries to figure out if he has feelings for her. Anais admits that at this moment she cannot answer because she is already thinking about many things. From a distance, Charlene sees them as very sympathetic.
A little later, Anais learns that the ephemeral restaurant will use a pop-up structure to store materials, but she can still arrange things however she wants. The young chef explains to them that he wants a cozy atmosphere where customers can relax. He also tells them that he found the name of the restaurant: “white rock“. David privately points out that it’s not a good idea because it’s the name of the beach where his brother drowned, but Anais isn’t going to reconsider his decision.
Meanwhile, Salome explored the White Rock and confronted David about it. The young woman wants to help Anais remember the day of the accident, but she flatly refuses to talk about it with her.
Meanwhile, Charlene enjoys talking to Lisandro about Anai and David’s recent rapprochement. She then explains to him that she saw them clinging to each other this morning in the park, much to the professor’s surprise. He then abruptly leaves on the pretext that he has to sort something out.
Rose, on the other hand, wants to open an ephemeral restaurant by next Tuesday, which Joachim says is quite possible if he is open all weekend. However, she doesn’t think it’s a good idea because it might upset Clotilda. The technician then convinces her that she has a misconception about what her sister really thinks. They are then interrupted by Salome, much to Anais’ dismay. Indeed, she thinks that David is doing everything he can to avoid remembering the day of their accident. Moreover, he discovered that at that time an investigation was launched and swimming was prohibited because the beach is known to be dangerous. According to him, the student does not tell them everything…
At the same time, Lisandro meets David in the kitchen when he is temporarily expelled from the institution. He then orders him to leave, but the young man enjoys provoking him. The tone between them rises until the professor grabs him by the collar and is about to punch him. They are interrupted just in time by Anais, who reminds him of what he risks if anyone finds out what he is doing. However, Lysandro doesn’t care, and the young man takes responsibility for their breakup. But the young woman reminds him that she is the one who decided to break up. He then asks David not to say anything about the incident.
At the end of the day, Salome sneaks into David’s room and finds a video on his computer from the day of the accident. Unfortunately, a young man is startled while watching her. He then realizes that Anais doesn’t know about the existence of this video and believes that she has a right to know. David then tries to convince her to keep the information to herself because he doesn’t want her to find out the truth. Indeed, it is his fault if Mathieu died…
Before Chef Armand’s class, Ethan confides in Axel that things are still tough with Samia. He also thinks it’s better to keep their distance because things are awkward between them. However, Teysier’s nephew advises him to put his ego aside as it’s clear they have feelings for each other. Clotilde then begins a lesson on low-temperature cooking.
Then they put his teaching into practice by cooking duck breast. However, Clotilde points out to Axel that his preparation is not good. Samia then allows herself to offer some advice, but the chef points out that her duck breast isn’t perfect either. For his part, Ethan thinks he’s found the right technique and impresses his teacher by finding the perfect kitchen. As for Samya, she seems very annoyed with success.
Clotilda noticed the first-year camaraderie and competition, in a good sense of the word, between Ethan and Samia. According to him, they can do very beautiful things.
At the end of the day, Ethan made a salted caramel eclair for Samia. A young man comes to cheer her up, noting that they both hate losing as much as the other. Their seductive game resumes and they end up sleeping together.
Vicky and Bill are really motivated to reform the circle because they discovered the secret room. Students want to recruit a new member who already has experience in the kitchen and who can remain discreet under all circumstances. After careful consideration, they choose Enzo.
A little later, Enzo discovers a mysterious invitation in his closet. The young chef is completely lost. Vicky then explains to him that this is probably a privilege for the elite club of the institute. It would make perfect sense for circle members to connect with him since he is valedictorian and won the national pastry championship. Lionel, on the other hand, thinks it’s all a joke.
Enzo then explains to Lionel that this could be an invitation to join the Institute’s elite club. However, his friend is skeptical since they haven’t seen anything suspicious since joining the cooking school. Enzo, on the other hand, is much more enthusiastic because after all, a private club is supposed to be a secret. Lionel does not believe this story at all and manages to avoid going to his friend’s gathering.
At the end of the day, Enzo didn’t show up for the meeting to the chagrin of the freshmen. However, they are not going to stop so well and want to recruit someone else. Vicky then suggests they aim higher and suggests Theo Teissier join them. Billy and Samia immediately dismiss the idea because she is already very well known and could very well talk to her father about it. Vicki finally promises to stop them… but will she keep her word?
