Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Tuesday, October 18, 2022 [SPOILERS]

Warning, the following paragraphs contain spoilers for the episode of Un Si Grand Soleil that airs tomorrow night on France 2! If you don’t want to understand anything, don’t read!

On Tuesday, October 18 at Un si grand soleil…

Damien receives many abusive messages after publishing an article about his relationship with Ty. After advising him not to read them, Eva encourages him to file a complaint for cyber-harassment. Only, the philosophy professor doesn’t want to pretend to be a victim and prefers to wait until things settle down.

For his part, Tice comes across an article in Midi Libre and is annoyed by the hatred poured out on the teacher. A worried teenager wants to help the man she loves, but Damien no longer responds to her messages. Afterwards, Tais finds her classmates debating her love story. When Robin assures us that they are with her and not judging, Thais finds it hard to believe them.

Later, Fanny meets Thais in the school halls. If she realizes perfectly well that she is angry at Damien’s condemnation, the sports teacher promises that he did it to protect her. Only, Thais doesn’t see it that way and accuses him of ruining Damien’s life before telling him to leave.

Not far from there, Damien is summoned to the judge’s office. After reviewing the evidence, Cecil decided to press charges for sexual abuse of a minor over the age of fifteen by a person in authority. Since he has not requested a security measure against him, Judge Alfandi asks him to remain at the disposal of the justice. In addition, Thais’ father requested a restraining order. Therefore, Damien should no longer contact the teenager.

In the afternoon, Tice calls Damien, who informs him that he is subject to removal. Even if she wishes things had turned out differently, the professor interrupts their story and asks her to take care of him. He might beg her not to do it, when he tells her he loves her, Damien hangs up.

Furious, Tice goes to see her father at the pizzeria to scold him for asking for an eviction measure without talking to him first. Anthony tries to assert that this is his defense, Tice refuses to listen to him. She then reveals to him that she is going with Kira before saying that she never wants to see him again.

In the morning, Ludo informs his companion that the apartment he visited a few days ago passed right in front of their noses. Only, Jade has her head elsewhere. After apologizing for not sending the file earlier, he goes to work.

Arriving at L. Cosmétiques, Jade learns that Jean-Pierre caused a sensation at the Frankfurt show. When she realizes that her assailant is due in the afternoon to sign a new order, the young woman panics. Laurent doesn’t suspect what happened, but he hopes his friend didn’t get too bored with the cognac cellar. Embarrassed, Jade avoids it.

Later, Jean-Pierre arrives to sign the contracts. When he finds himself alone with her, Jade looks at him with disgust and accuses him of jumping on her. Then Jean-Pierre starts laughing and goes so far as to tell her that she’s more exciting when she’s angry. As she threatens to tell Bertier everything, he advises her to keep quiet. According to him, an employee who takes away from his customers is not good for the image of boxing. As soon as Jean-Pierre leaves the office, Jade feels ill. Bilal, who finds her sitting on the ground, prepares to call the doctor, but Jade assures him that she just ate something that doesn’t pass.

Later, Jade finds Julie by the beach. With tears in his eyes, he says that he can no longer bear the situation. While her friend advises her to file a complaint, Jade points out that she doesn’t want to lose her job and promises to be careful in the future. When Julie tries to find out if she talked to Ludo about it, Jade says no because she wants to live a normal life. And to add that she doesn’t want to let Jean-Pierre take over her life.

In the evening, Jade returns to her roommate, where Ludo has prepared a nice meal for her. The latter then apologizes to her for making so many changes in her life and suggests that she wait a little longer before moving in together. Only Jade wants to live with the man she loves and swears she hasn’t changed her mind. When he talks to her about his discomfort at work, Jade gets annoyed and ends the conversation to take a shower.
