“Legends of Savannah”

In the film about the touching friendship of a popular actor and an ordinary 13-year-old boy, Omar Sy played, and this role of the famous Frenchman can be called partly biographical: his character first comes to his historical homeland, Senegal, to present his novel. The boy Yao finds out that his idol is coming to Senegal, and in order to meet his favorite actor, Yao travels 387 kilometers from the hinterland to the capital. The actor is touched by such an act, and so after the presentation, he decides to take Yao home. Thus begins the road full of amazing discoveries for both the little guy and the wise actor.

“Paris Can Wait”

Another film about a short trip, which allowed the heroine to escape from the routine, take a fresh look at life and be inspired to change, was shot by Eleanor Coppola, the wife of Francis Ford Coppola. By the way, Elinor’s story itself is also inspiring, because she shot her full-length debut on the threshold of her 80th birthday.

The film producer’s wife, Anna, got bored in her measured life and traveling after her husband, but meeting with his business partner and offering to drive around France, enjoying nature and gastronomy, turns out to be exactly what Anna needs. She decides that metropolitan Paris will wait, and goes to explore a new life.

“Hello, my name is Doris”

Getting out of your comfort zone is an important condition for catching inspiration. 60-year-old Doris decides to part with her usual way of living this life after the death of her mother, whom she looked after for almost half of her life. Now that nothing is stopping her from living life to the fullest, Doris suddenly has her eye on the young guy, and, listening to the advice of a motivation guru, decides to sleep with him to start a new phase.

“Parallel Mothers”

History is merciless to people, and each new generation interprets historical memory in its own way. But Janice, the heroine of Penelope Cruz, does not give up trying to find out what happened to her family in the bygone days of the Civil War, and uses every seemingly insignificant clue to get to the bottom of the truth. The example of the heroine is inspiring, but in fact, Pedro Almodovar’s film is dedicated not only to historical memory and motivation for establishing justice, but to two female destinies that are tragically intertwined.

“School of Rock”

Dewey, the hero of Jack White, has the answer to the question of what to do when you turned out to be a useless musician with no money, thrown out of all your jobs. Dewey decides not to give in to despair and responds to an ad looking for a music teacher for the school. He loves his work, and the children, seeing a teacher inspired by music, are charged with his energy. The hero will have to lead his team to a music competition, simultaneously motivating students not to give up in difficult situations.

“The wolf of Wall Street”

And finally, Martin Scorsese’s blockbuster with Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie. Inside the story about the fearless broker also lies the inspiring idea that nothing is impossible, there are only boundaries that each person sets for himself. Jonathan Belfort builds his money empire, goes to parties, easily makes acquaintances and does not give up even when the FBI begins to take an interest in his affairs.
